Release Forms
All Dickens Day of Writing participants must sign a release form. Students who are under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign the form. Those over the age of 18 do not need an additional signature. Youth must come to the event with a signed form to participate. Students over 18 and mentors may sign the form at the event.
